  The burgers here are REALLY good. I got the Tatanka (Bison) Burger. It has red onions caramelized in wine and goat cheese on it. It was absolutely delicious. The cook of the burgers (for 5 people total) was a bit inconsistent. My stepfather and I asked for our burgers medium rare and they were more well done than my uncle who asked for medium well. The food was amazing, but I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 due to our waitress. She was friendly in the beginning but we had an issue when it came time to get the bill. Each meal was increased by $2. When we arrived we were told they did not have chips (which come with the burgers usually) so we were asked if we wanted fries or a salad instead. We all chose fries. They charged us each an extra $2 for the fries, when we would have gotten the chips that they didn't have which were included in the meal. The server said, "well you wouldn't have gotten fries anyway? I just thought you would have wanted fries anyway." We had actually all intended on the house made chips that they didn't have. She instantly became rude but ended up taking the extra charges off the bill. She was also kind of clueless about some of the beer options. Otherwise, it was a great experience. Great beer, great mixed drinks, great food. So-so service.
